Smoked Sea Salt - $5
Mesquite smoked sea salt for use with a grinder. Smokes salts should be used as a finish.
Smoked Kosher Salt - $5
Mesquite smoked kosher salt. For sprinkling. Smokes salts should be used as a finish.
Ribeye Rub - $5
A blend of coriander, fennel, garlic and smoked salts. Add this to any beef product before grilling or roasting.
Dukkah Blend 1 - $6
Roasted almonds, coriander seed, cumin seed, and sesame seed. Use this as a finishing element or even as a crust on a mild flavored fish. So good, you will be snacking on this.
9 Spice Blend - $6
A blend of paprika, tumeric, cumin, cinnamon, cardamon clove, rosemary, salt and pepper. This is great on chicken, pork and in stews.
Black Garlic - $5
(Available restaurant only)– garlic roasted very, very slow – 30 days to be exact. Great in pasta, eggs, in butter, smeared on toast, with chicken, in soup, and in boring flavorless boxed food items.
